We encourage to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out a New Patient form if this is your first visit with Dr Bullen.

We have EFTPOS facilities on site for your fee payments and are also able to lodge your claim to Medicare directly from our office. Please ask our friendly receptionist if your have any questions relating to our fees.
